HB 1977    RELATING TO GASOLINE DEALERS               EEP, CPC
HD 1       Requires a manufacturer or jobber to report all
HSCR 358   changes in ownership or type of operation involving
        a branded service station to the petroleum advisory
        council for public inspection.   Reduces the period
        for a manufacturer  or  jobber  to operate a former
        dealer operated retail service station from twenty-
        four  months  to  sixty  days  until  a replacement
        dealer can be found.    Directs  DCCA to update its
        1991 study on  the  impact  of  direct retailing of
        motor  fuel   by   refiners   and  distributors  in
        competition with franchised and independent service
        stations.

HB 1906    RELATING TO LICENSING OF PSYCHOLOGISTS     HLT, CPC
HD 1       Sets American Psychological Association standards
HSCR 430   for the doctoral degree and internship.

HB 1934    RELATING TO OPTOMETRY                      HLT, CPC
HD 1       Authorizes the Joint Formulary Advisory Committee
HSCR 320   to recommend the  formulary for topical therapeutic
        pharmaceutical agents.

HB 2279    RELATING TO HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS      HLT, CPC
HD 1       Establishes a Scope of Practice Investigative Panel
HSCR 431   in DCCA that  analyzes,  and  presents findings and
        recommendations  on  legislation  that  proposes to
        expand the  scope  of  practice  of  a  health care
        professional.

 
HB 2764    RELATING TO NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIANS        HLT, CPC
HD 1       Permits naturopathic physicians to give physical
HSCR 432   examinations to DOE students.

HB 2888    RELATING TO PUBLIC ACCESS                       CPC
        Requires  public  access  organizations  to appoint
        their own board  members  if  they  agree to comply
        with the sunshine laws.

HB 2244    RELATING TO TELEMARKETERS                       CPC
        Requires  that  telemarketers   and  solicitors  be
        bonded  and  registered   with  the  Department  of
        Commerce and Consumer Affairs.

HB 2365    RELATING TO RESIDENTIAL LEASEHOLDS              CPC
        Increases  the  size  of  a  "lot"  as  defined  in
        residential leasehold  law  from  2  to  7 acres or
        less.
